Problem. Every order is an air-freight order. Packaging came from one supplier, devices from another and printed cards from a third, with nobody accountable for child-resistant compliance end to end.

Solution. Atom became the single supply point: custom gravure-printed CR stand-up pouches, printed paperboard cards, the B02 postless disposable program, B01 postless cartridges with matched batteries and pods, and syringes with clamshells — consolidated into one air-freight plan.

Result. Reorder became routine: same SKU, new quantity. Sixteen shipped orders and 315,000 pouches later, device and packaging launches reach Johannesburg in the same cycle.

Problem. First production run, so the order had to be small enough to be safe and complete enough to sell — syringes with matching retail presentation, CR packaging with their own branding, and no plate-cost wall.

Solution. Two staged orders sized to the brand's runway: 4,000 × 1 mL Luer-Lock borosilicate syringes with 15,000 thermoformed clamshell blisters, then 5,000 custom CR stand-up pouches — 30.5 × 22.9 + 4 cm, PET/METPET/PE 120 micron, matte black, false-zipper CR closure, 1-colour gravure.

Result. A compliant, branded product on shelf within eight weeks of the first order — and a SKU that repeats exactly on reorder.

Problem. Filling and reselling disposables with no reliable data on how the hardware behaved with their own oils — pre-heat, fill ease, failure rate. One bad lot means returns.

Solution. Atom shipped a 1,000-unit N55 Novo pilot. The feedback was clean — easy to fill, no failures, sold out — so the pilot became the spec: a 5,000-unit all-black N55 Novo reorder, 10,000 thermoformed clamshell blisters for the Horizon line, and tooling to match.

Result. The account grew from a single-SKU trial to a multi-SKU program across devices, cartridges, thermoformed packaging and printed bags — one supply agreement instead of four.
