🧪 Proper Filling Instructions (Critical)

This device uses our same Full Glass Cartridge. Proper filling is essential for optimal performance and longevity.

1. Warm Your Oil First
    – Gently heat your oil (≤150°F / 65°C) to reduce viscosity. This helps it flow easily and fully saturate the cartridge.
    – Do not exceed 150°F to avoid degrading your oil.

2. Fill Carefully From the Bottom
    – Unscrew the base. Using a syringe, slowly fill the tank through the bottom opening.
    – Do not overfill. Never pour oil above the center post—this can clog the airway.

3. Immediately Seal & Set Upright
    – Right after filling, screw the base on securely and stand the cartridge upright.
    – This is extremely important: allowing the oil to flow down to saturate the ceramic core before it cools ensures proper priming.
    – If you wait even 5–10 minutes before setting it upright, the oil may cool and thicken too much to reach the coil—leading to dry hits, burnt flavor, or a non-functioning cartridge.

4. Let the Cartridge Prime (Very Important)
    – Leave the filled cartridge upright for at least 30 minutes before use.
    – This allows the ceramic coil to fully absorb the oil.

5. Troubleshooting Dry Hits or Burnt Taste?
    – Apply gentle heat to the cartridge to re-thin the oil and help it saturate the coil.
    – Never attempt to use the cartridge without full priming.
